1986 Barry Larkin #34 ROOKIE CARD GEM MINT!
PSA 10: #71824688 - Gem Mint!
Rare SPORTSFLICS ROOKIE card in PERFECT CONDITION!
Barry Larkin had the misfortune of spending the majority of his career playing in the shadow of other great shortstops, such as Ozzie Smith and Cal Ripken. Still, Larkin was the NL’s best all-around SS for the better part of his 19-year major league career, surpassing Smith as the preeminent shortstop at the beginning of the ‘90s. During the decade, Larkin batted over .300 seven times, hit more than 20 homers twice, scored more than 100 runs twice, stole more than 30 bases four times, and developed into one of the finest defensive SS in baseball. He was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame in 2012.
